DMCA Takedown Policy
Isomorph Labs respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content hosted on the Isomorph marketplace infringes your copyright, you may file a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
What to include in a valid notice
- Your full name and contact information (email address).
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL or identifier of the infringing marketplace listing.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
- A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Our response timeline
We review all DMCA notices within 48 hours of receipt. If a notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the infringing content and notify the uploader. Repeat infringers will be removed from the platform.
Counter-notifications may be filed by the content uploader if they believe the takedown was in error. Contact legal@isomorphlabs.io for counter-notice guidance.
