Set up your agent

Isomorph Platform is invite-only. Open the signup link from your invite email. Your email address is filled in from the invite and can't be changed.

1. Enter your name and choose a password (at least 8 characters).
2. Review and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
3. Press Create account. You're signed in and ready to set up an agent.

Open Onboard an Agent. The first section, 1. Your agent, asks for two things:

• Agent name: call it anything, even a name other teams use. As you type, the form reserves a unique id for it and shows Unique id reserved with the id. You don't need to do anything with the id.
• Your website (optional): your agent reads your site when it first starts to learn what your business does, then checks its understanding with you. Leave it blank to introduce yourself in conversation instead.

Your agent runs on your own Claude account, so section 2. Connect Claude is required. You need a Claude account (Pro or Max) with an active subscription; a free account can sign in but cannot run an agent. On a Teams or Enterprise account, an administrator must permit Claude Code first.

1. Press Authorize with Claude →. A new tab opens on Anthropic's site.
2. Sign in, approve access, and copy the code it shows.
3. Back on the form, paste it under Paste the code from Anthropic and press Continue.

When it works, the form shows ✓ Claude account connected. There is no token to obtain in advance.

If your plan includes it, section 3. Hosting (optional) offers AWS included (we host your app). Tick it and your agent also gets a web app it can change for you, with a test site it works on and a live site that only changes after you approve. A hosted agent uses 2 of your credits: one for the agent, one for the app.

Under Start from, choose a template: CRM, Client portal or Blank slate. See Your hosted web app for what you get.

If the box is greyed out with Not included in your plan., your plan doesn't include hosting. Contact support to increase your limits.

Press Deploy agent. You land on a status page that follows your agent through Submitted, Provisioning, Building and Live, and we email you when it's ready. A hosted agent takes longer and shows how many setup steps are complete instead of a countdown.

You don't have to wait: Agent Console → is safe to open early and fills in as soon as the agent is live. If setup fails, the page says why and offers Try again.

Slack, GitHub, AWS keys and your own custom credentials are not part of setup: Claude is connected on its own step, and the rest can wait. Add them when you need them from the agent's Credentials page (in the Menu), or press the button the agent shows in chat when it needs one. The agent never asks for a password or key in the chat itself.
