Todos

Open the Menu and choose Todos, under Agent workspace. The Canvas also shows a Todos tile with the number still open.

If the page is empty, the agent has not noted any goals yet. They appear as you talk to it.

Goals are grouped by where they stand:

• In progress: what the agent is working on now.
• Up next: what it will start after that.
• Done: finished goals, with the date.

Under each goal, one line says where it stands, for example Next: Send the welcome email · 2 of 5 done, and a due date if it has one. Open a goal to see its plan: the steps, open ones first. Tick a step when it is done, or untick it to reopen it. The agent sees your ticks.

Smaller things you asked for that are not part of a goal are listed under Not on a goal yet. The agent ticks them off as it finishes them.

When a goal cannot move until you do something, its line starts with Waiting on you:, for example Waiting on you: connect Stripe. A Connect link under it opens the agent’s Credentials tab at the right place. See Connections.

Each goal has a menu (the button beside its title) with three choices:

• Talk about it: opens the chat on your Canvas with the goal already named, so you only finish the sentence.
• Why it’s here: opens the goal’s details: its description, why it sits where it does, its last move and its history.
• This is wrong: opens the same chat with a sentence saying where the goal sits and that it is wrong. Finish it with what should change.

For anything bigger than one task, ask the agent to make a plan: “Make a plan to move our client list into the new CRM by the end of the month.” It adds the goal, writes the steps, and works through them, telling you when it needs something from you. Good asks say what done looks like and any deadline.
